The house we propose is placed in Pisogno, hamlet of Miasino, and has an excellent exposure. The house is surrounded on three sides by its own garden, which is not fenced in at the moment, but should you wish to delimit your space, it will be possible to do so.

The currently habitable part is on one floor and can be accessed from both the street entrance and the garages via an internal staircase.

The large entrance hall separates the living and sleeping areas. Each room is well delimited. On either side of the hall are two double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. Next to them is the windowed bathroom with shower. The living area faces east to enjoy the sunlight until its setting. It is divided into a living room, dining area and separate kitchen. The entire living area overlooks the terrace with a view of the garden.

On the upper floor we find the under roof, completely to be renovated, with large French windows and balcony. Thanks to a skilful renovation, guided by a professional, you will be able to make the most of the attic in this part of the house.

In the basement, directly connected to the house by a convenient internal staircase, there is a spacious garage of 38 sqm, which can accommodate at least 3 cars, as well as a large windowed cellar which you can also use as a hobby area.

Heating is by methane gas. The windows are already double glazed, but the window frames date back to the time when the house was built.

Miasino is a village on the first hill of Lake Orta, has about a thousand inhabitants and is 479 metres above sea level.

Of ancient origin, Miasino, like other neighbouring towns, was part of the great bishop’s fiefdom of the Riviera di San Giulio during the Middle Ages.

In addition to the parish church, one of the most valuable buildings in the village is undoubtedly Villa Nigra, of 16th-century origin but enlarged in the 17th and 18th centuries, an example of a noble country residence. It now houses a good restaurant in its splendid setting.

In the hamlet of Pisogno we find the Coc Beach equipped with outdoor swimming pools, but the more daring can dive into the cool waters of the Agogna torrent, the Adventure park, the Monteoro riding school and an E-bike rental run by an expert local guide. In short, there is nothing lacking for sports enthusiasts. There are countless trekking routes that will lead you to discover the area. The shores of Lake Orta are less than 3 kilometres away and the peak of Mottarone can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

There is a rich selection of agritourisms and trattorias nearby, where you can discover local recipes and products.

For essential services, however, you will have to travel to the nearby towns of Miasino or Armeno.
