In a small villa surrounded by a private garden, two apartments have been created as a result of a skillful renovation that has managed to combine the ancient stone structure and the comforts of modern times.

This apartment occupies the first floor of the structure, with direct access to the garden and a small reserved dehor furnished with table and chairs.

The living area is an openspace with a linear kitchen, dining table and a comfortable sofa that converts into a French bed if needed.

It has one bedroom and a windowed bathroom with shower.

The accommodation has air conditioning and wi-fi.

The house is located in Pascolo, where the most beautiful villas in the area are located and where you can enjoy quiet and relaxation. From the garden of the house, thanks to a dirt road, you can reach in a few steps the public beach with pier and kiosk service active in the summer months.

There is an uncovered parking space, laundry room and barbecue area with gazebo shared with the apartment on the ground floor.

The Main Information For This Contract Is

• summer seasonal contract of at least 6 months;
• A security deposit of 2,000 € is required, which will be returned at the end of the tenancy after careful inspection of the flat by the staff;
• Animals are not allowed;
• For expenses (electricity, LPG, water, internet, boiler maintenance, TARI, garden maintenance) a monthly down payment of € 220.00 is required, which will be settled at the end of the contract according to actual consumption.

San Maurizio is a village on the shores of Lake Orta. It boasts both proximity, with an excellent view of the lake and its surroundings, and an internationally renowned industrial hub, namely the tap industry.

The origin of the village dates back to 1568, but there are traces of settlements as early as 1300. In the past, this village saw the presence of stonemasons: following the start of the industrial extraction of white granite from the quarries of Alzo di Pella in the mid-19th century, many inhabitants of San Maurizio went to work at these quarries.
