Rental Terms:

• Temporary contract (min. 12 months – max. 18 months)
• Security deposit: Three months’ rent.
• No pets allowed.
• A monthly utility contribution of €200 is payable on account to cover electricity, gas and waste collection (TARI). This amount will be adjusted at the end of the tenancy to reflect actual consumption.
• An additional fixed contribution of €25 per month is payable towards the water supply and the annual boiler service.
• A private garage space is available to rent at “Il Faro” car park for an additional €250 per month.
