The rule of R 6 for Home Staging<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n

Some time ago I came across an article on Home Staging really well done and interesting.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was not the usual article that promised miracles and the sale of the house in one day, but I found it an interesting starting point for observations.<\/span><\/p>\n

The article headlined “There is never a second chance to make a first good impression” and I can not agree more. The US property advertisement portal Realtor.com confirms supporting the argument that the outcome of the negotiations depends largely on the first 90 seconds when the customer visits the home.<\/span><\/p>\n

I will not dwell on to explain the Home Staging, let’s just say briefly that it is the art of better present, a house, so as to facilitate their sale. But now I want to focus on the rule of six “R”, which I found very interesting.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first thing that always concerns a seller is the cost. But how much does the Home Staging costs?<\/span><\/p>\n

I will not dwell on to explain the Home Staging, let’s just say briefly that it is the art of better present, a house, so as to facilitate their sale. But now I want to focus on the rule of six “R”, which I found very interesting.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first thing that always concerns a seller is the cost. But how much does the Home Staging? This article (of which I will give you all the details to read it full contents but obviously in Italian) it is said that the Home Staging costs less than the first price reduction that the property “non-staged” will suffer being on the market for a long period of time.<\/span><\/p>\n

In cases of ordinariness, in fact, just an investment of 1% or 2% to give a new image to the house. Finally we see these six “R”:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. REDUCE<\/span><\/h5>\n

Because it is important to depersonalize the house. Remove all ornaments that make it “full” and dusty. Make it clear to visitors what are the real spaces. Not everyone can feel it if the room is cluttered with furniture.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. REFRESH<\/span><\/h5>\n

I believe this is a fundamental point. If the painting is old and dirty, or if it is painted with a too strong color (I saw rooms red, black and purple), give it a new tone that is neutral and clean. White is always the best!<\/span><\/p>\n

3. REDECORATE<\/span><\/h5>\n

Perhaps for this step, I recommend to you the intervention of an expert home stager, because they have at their disposal a warehouse of furniture and furnishings that they can lend you until the sale of the house. Will also know surely give you sage advice on interior design.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. REVALUE<\/span><\/h5>\n

The Home Staging serves to give a new value to your home. Think of the style you want to impress and try to carry on this little project of revaluation of your home.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. REPAIR<\/span><\/h5>\n

If a chair is broken, adjust it, or remove it from the house. If a door missing handle, repair it in order to give a sense of order to your home.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. CLEAN<\/span><\/h5>\n

Finally the most important point, and also the cheapest. Clean up your house, do not leave it full of dust and garbage. Not all visitors are able to pass over, but sometimes for a lack of cleanliness is already immediately distorts the judgment of our guests.<\/span><\/p>\n

Obviously there are six “R” only in Italian, in English are five “R” and one “C”, but I could not do better!<\/span><\/p>\n
