The flat we are proposing is located in the Il Ciliegio residential complex, which consists of 7 flats with garden and condominium swimming pool.

A privileged location, on the hills overlooking Lake Orta with a stunning view of the Gulf of Bagnera and the island of San Giulio peeping out among the luxuriant nature of Sacro Monte.

The spacious and bright interiors include:

One large and luminous living room, furnished with modern taste, opens onto a panoramic balcony, offering a breathtaking view of the Orta peninsula and its enchanting lake;

The kitchen, although compact, is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes to be enjoyed on the private terrace, with the wonderful backdrop of the lake. 

Two double bedrooms offer a quiet and comfortable retreat to regenerate after a busy day;

The windowed bathroom with shower, which is also modernly furnished, has a built-in wardrobe to keep things tidy and hide the washing machine from curious eyes.

A further room, with a window and located near the entrance, can be used for multiple functions according to your needs.

The main information for this contract is:

• summer seasonal contract with the following fees differentiated by month that include the maintenance of the private garden and condominium expenses:
  June: 1,800 €
  July: 2,000 €
  August: 2,500 €
  September: 1,600 €
• Monthly advance payment of 100 € for utilities, with final settlement on consumption
• Final cleaning charged to the tenant for an amount of 150 € to be paid at the same time as the rent
• A security deposit of 1,000 € is required, which will be returned at the end of the lease after careful inspection of the flat by the staff

Where is  “MIASINO Lake-view flat with shared garden and swimming pool”?

Miasino is a village on the first hill of Lake Orta, has about a thousand inhabitants and is 479 metres above sea level.

Of ancient origin, Miasino, like other neighbouring towns, was part of the great bishop’s fiefdom of the Riviera di San Giulio during the Middle Ages.

In addition to the parish church, one of the most valuable buildings in the village is undoubtedly Villa Nigra, of 16th-century origin but enlarged in the 17th and 18th centuries, an example of a noble country residence. It now houses a good restaurant in its splendid setting.

Carcegna is a small village located above the eastern shore of Lake Orta, at an altitude of 490 metres. Administratively a hamlet of the municipality of Miasino, it has 260 inhabitants, called Carcegnesi. Its patron saint is St Peter and is celebrated on 29 June.

Archaeological excavations have brought to light Gallic, Gallo-Roman and Etruscan remains. On the outskirts of the village there are remains of a fortification, probably of Lombard origin. The village is mentioned in the ‘Liber Cleri’ as dependent on the parish church of San Giulio di Orta in 1133.

There is a rich selection of agritourisms and trattorias nearby, where you can discover local recipes and products.

For essential services, however, you will have to travel to the nearby towns of Miasino or Armeno.
