VALDUGGIA House with exquisite internal features and parking
Today we are present you with a stunning house that is located between the Sesia Valley and Lake Orta.
I would like to begin by pointing out that this house has one covered parking space, but it has an internal courtyard which can hold 3 cars.
The house is developed on three floors and it is free on three sides. The ground floor presents the internal courtyard, a basement, and a wood room.
On the first floor, we find two living rooms, one on the left and one on the right. The one on the right is large and very well lit thanks to its big windows, which also give you a beautiful view of the hills in front of you. The one on the left is instead more intimate, but it has a wonderful wood-burning fireplace. At the end of the corridor, we have a common room, which also has another wood-burning fireplace and a wide and habitable kitchen.
On the second floor, we arrive at a corridor that opens up onto a balcony from where you can gaze at the view, imagine what a view in the spring and in autumn with all of the forests in color!
On the same floor, we find the bedrooms, four to be exact, all double bedrooms. All of the rooms have a view of the hills in front, and they have been furnished with high-level furniture. In one room in particular there is a beautiful ceiling fresco-like design which is really breathtaking! Along with the bedrooms, there are two bathrooms, one of them even has a small jacuzzi! On the third floor, we have a wide attic.
Lastly, inside the property, there is also a detached smaller unit with an outside kitchen, washing room, and on the rooftop a laboratory/greenhouse.
This house has great beauty both inside and outside, the many floors and wide space gives much room for everyone, making it a perfect solution even for a large family.
The origin of the municipality of Valduggia dates back presumably to the Gauls and the etymology of the name derives from the oldest part of the village, called Uggia. It was the capital of the Valley or Lower Court of Valsesia and had proper statutes, approved and confirmed by Gian Galeazzo Visconti, lord of Milan. He had his own court until 1817, the year in which his functions were addressed to the Provincial Court of Varallo.
