The old stone house has been divided into several flats, and the one we offer you today is one of those with the most beautiful terrace and access to the garden!

The main room is a large studio, bathed in light from its south-eastern exposure, with access to the private terrace from which you can enjoy a special view of the lake. From here you will see the sunrise every morning.

From this living area, an external staircase leads to the small garden, fenced off with hedges and for private use.

Downstairs there is a bathroom with a shower and a tavern, currently furnished as a bedroom.

Accessible from the garden is a nice large storage room with a window connecting with the tavern.

The view of the lake frames the living room, and is especially beautiful in the evening when the lights of the island of San Giulio and the Orta peninsula are reflected on the lake.

There are not many houses for sale on Lake Orta with such a beautiful terrace!

 Pella is a small town on the shores of Lake Orta.

After Orta San Giulio, it is the most characteristic village in the Cusio area, boasting a beautiful view of the north-western part of the island. The village is connected to the public boat service, providing easy access to all the villages on the lake shore.

Alzo is a hamlet of the main municipality of Pella. From the Fiorentini square there is a spectacular view of the Island of San Giulio, the village of Orta, Mottarone and the villages on its slopes. In the square is the Monument to the Stonemason, in honour and memory of all the workers who worked the granite at the Alzo quarry in the past.

The Scala Santa (Holy Staircase) is a steep flight of steps that leads directly to the San Filiberto complex and then to the lake. You can enjoy a breathtaking panorama, framed by wisteria and other evergreens. In the midst of nature, you will be able to see the island of San Giulio standing out from the centre of the panorama. From the shores of the lake you can then take the public boat to visit other villages along the lake.
