The flat we are proposing is located in the heart of the medieval village of Orta San Giulio, just a few steps from the main square and the piers to the island.

It is on the second floor of an old courtyard house, with a comfortable stone stairs. It has been skilfully renovated keeping some architectural details intact. You will find stone walls and exposed wooden beams, evoking ancient times.

Even before entering the flat you will notice its key strength. A small terrace has been created from the walkway, which overlooks the quiet inner courtyard. Ideal for moments of relaxation, reading a book or savouring a glass of wine chosen from the many labels of local wineries. Being oriented towards the mountain, you will not be disturbed by the buzz of the many tourists who crowd the village on summer nights!

The entrance door opens directly onto the living area characterised by a big single, but well-organised room. Here we find the linear kitchenette on the wall to leave the rest of the space free for a comfortable sofa and dining table. The room is well lit by two windows.

Aside of the kitchen is a small storage room that can also be used as a pantry.

The living room leads to the functionally arranged bedroom for which elegant and minimalist furnishings have been chosen. It has a small window with a view of the typical stone roofs.

In the windowed bathroom there is no lack of space. There is a comfortable shower in an alcove and a washbasin resting on a solid wood top, with a place for the washing machine underneath.

Dulcis in fundo, the beautiful furniture you see is included in the price. Only the dining table with its chairs are not included, as well as the console table in front of the kitchen, being family keepsakes.

The medieval village was built on the slopes of a promontory, on which was later built the Holy Mountain, since 2003 part of the UNESCO Heritage of humanity list.
