There is also a balcony from which you can enjoy an aperitif, a car spot, a condominium garden, a pool, and a small gate that allows you to access one of the nicest beaches on Lake Orta, the Lido of Gozzano.
It is ideal for a family on vacation because it has both a contained budget and low maintenance costs. Looking on to the future, it is also an excellent investment also for a future sale because it is so close to the lake!

In 1928 the autonomous town of Auzate was incorporated into the comune of Gozzano to become a district or “frazione” of the same.
