This house is located in an ancient street, all in stone, where there are only period houses, trees and flowers, wooden fences and gates, in addition to which you almost always see nothing, and you just have to imagine.

The apartment we propose is located just behind one of these doors and has been completely renovated.

As soon as you enter the entrance you will find the living room and the large kitchen, in the sleeping area, however, a large double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom and large shower with glass and plate flush with the floor.

During the renovation, the period of the house was enhanced by highlighting exposed stone parts with a beautiful contrast between the modern furniture and the ancient stone walls.

The apartment is equipped with double glazed PVC windows, video intercom, alarm system, LED lights, underfloor heating and solar panels.

The offer is completed by a tiled balcony, shared boiler room and private garage.

There is no condominium expense. This combined with the fact that the systems are modern, mean that the management costs are very low.

  Carcegna is a small village located above the eastern shore of Lake Orta, at an altitude of 490 m. Administratively a district of the town of Miasino, it has 260 inhabitants, called Carcegnesi. Its patron saint is Saint Peter (in italian San Pietro), celebrated on 29 June.

Archaeological excavations have brought to light Gaulish, Gallo-Roman and Etruscan remains. In the outskirts of the village there are ruins of a fortification, probably of Lombard origin. The village is mentioned in the “Liber Cleri” as dependent of the parish church of San Giulio di Orta in 1133.
